Ciera White

Ciera White was named director of football administration in February of 2026, joining Brian Hartline's first USF footballs staff.

White, who previously worked as a member of the South Florida football staff (2018-22), is a longtime member of the USF Athletic department staff. She moved from her position as director of travel operations within USF Athletics business services department.
