A transfer center with a 7’3” wingspan who joined the Bulls in May of 2026...20 years-old when he arrived in Tampa...he played four games at Syracuse in 2025-26...played four seasons in Italy for Club Orange 1 Bassano...a native of Mali, he competed in the 2024 Adidas Next Generation Tournament in Paris.

2025-26 (SYRACUSE): Saw action in four games, recording two points and three rebounds...made his first collegiate appearance against Delaware State and contributed two blocked shots ... scored his first two collegiate points against Drexel.

CLUB ORANGE 1 BASSSANO: He played for four seasons in Italy for Club Orange 1 Bassano....Orange 1 is a training path started in 2004 for young players from all over the world.

NGT PARIS: Diawara competed in the 2024 Adidas Next Generation Tournament for NGT Paris ... posted eight points and six rebounds in an 87-60 win against Olympiacos ... had five points and three boards when NGT Paris defeated Joventut, 70-68 ... averaged 4.8 points and 2.5 rebounds, and NGT Paris was 4-0 in the event.

HIGH SCHOOL: He participated in the 2024 Basketball Without Borders Global Camp in Indianapolis, prior to coming to the United States to enroll in high school ... spent his last year at DME Academy at St. John’s Northwestern (Wisconsin) ... coached by Ben Wisniewski ... competed with Team Hero on the Nike EYBL Circuit ... during the 2024 summer with the Team Herro U17 squad, he played in 11 contests and averaged 4.5 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per outing...a three-star recruit who had offers from Syracuse, Baylor and Kansas State...also played soccer as a young athlete.
