2021: Appeared in twelve games on the year, including 7 starts...totaled 8 points on the years from 3 goals, 22 shots, 7 shots on goal and two assists...logged 1 goal and 2 points vs UCF (9/29)...logged 1 goal and two points at UCF (10/27).
2020: Was one of the top freshmen in the American Athletic Conference and headed up an impressive freshmen class for the Bulls … Was named to the AAC All-Rookie Team and was a two-time conference Rookie of the Week selection (Feb. 26 and March 15) Took the pitch for the Bulls in all 10 matches with eight starts … Played in 581 minutes on the pitch for the Bulls, including a season-high 89 against Memphis (April 2) … Was second on the team in scoring with five points on two goals and one assist … Recorded his first career points in his first collegiate match against Temple (Feb. 6), on USF’s equalizer just before halftime … Netted his first career goal two matches later in the Bulls’ 2-1 win at No. 14 UCF (Feb. 20) … Resano also found the back of the net at Memphis (March 13).
Before USF: Resano attended Universidad Intercontinental in Mexico City and plays his club soccer for Pumas as a standout center-forward … During the past four seasons (2015-19), Resano played 4,655 minutes in 51 games and scored 35 goals … His goals helped to guide his club to Liga TDP national championships in 2017-18 and 2018-19, and to the U17 Liga MX Clausura title in 2019.
