Hannah Delph joined the USF compliance staff in August 2021 and was promoted to Assistant AD of Compliance in August 2023. She serves as the primary compliance liaison for footballย and womenโs golf.ย ย Delph is an active member of the National Association for Athletic Compliance (NAAC). She currently serves as NAACโs Chair for the Membership and Awards Committee and on NAACโs Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the Bulls, Hannah served as the Compliance Coordinator (2016-2019) and the Director of Compliance and Academic Services (2019-2021) at Florida Southern College. While serving at FSC, Delph was responsible for all areas of Division II NCAA Compliance for 20 varsity sports, was selected as a member for the NCAA Student Records Review Committee and was also named NAACโs Rising Star Award recipient in 2021.

Delph earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (2014) and a Master of Science in Sport Management (2016) from Florida State University. During her undergraduate career, Hannah was a member of FSUโs Womenโs Swimming and Diving program, where she served as team captain from 2012-2013 and SAAC president from 2012-2014. Prior to starting her masterโs program, she served as the championships intern at the Atlantic Coast Conference fromย 2014-2015.

Hannah and her husband, Josh, have three children: Catherine, Isabel, and Audrey.
