2025 (South Florida): 
Indoor:  Set a new PR in the 60m (6.99), while also helping his team achieve second place in the 4x400 (3:09.19) at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 17)...Finished third in the 200m dash with a 21.01 time, while also helping his team to a second place finish in the 4x400m relay in 3:10.01 seconds at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 31-Feb. 1)...Ran the 60m dash (7.00) at the Crimson Elite meet (Feb. 7-8)...Saw first place finishes in the 200m dash (20.99) and the 4x400m relay (3:07.59) at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 8)...Additionally, his contribution to the 4x400m relay team helped tie an indoor program record in the event...Performed in the 200m dash where he placed fourth with a 21.15 time and fourth in the 400m dash (47.41) at the Windy City Invitational (Feb. 14-15)...

Indoor: Opened the season at the Jimmy Carnes Invitational (Jan. 12) with a 15th-place finish in the 800m (2:09.08) and fifth in the 4x400 (3:23.62)...Placed sixth in the 4x400 (3:16.18), sixth in the 200m (21.29) and 11th in the 400m (48.81) at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite (Jan. 26-27)...Finished fourth in the 400m (47.94) and first in the 4x400 (3:07.78) at the Boston University Scarlet & White Open (Feb. 3)...Clocked a sixth-place finish in the 400m (47.63) at the Badger's Windy City Invite (Feb. 9-10)...At The American Indoor Track & Field Championship (Feb. 23-24), placed third in the 200m (21.09) and first in the 400m (46.35) which served as a personal best...

Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with first-place finishes in the 4x100 (39.13) and 4x400 (3:05.80) at the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational (Mar. 15-16), along with a second-place finish in the 200m (20.59)...Took first in the 4x100 (39.03) and third in the 4x400 (3:02.16) at the Pepsi Florida Relays (Mar. 29-30)... Placed fourth in the 200m (20.70) and fifth in the 400m (47.37) at the South Florida Invitational (Apr. 5-6)...Subsequently he also finished first place in the 4x100 (39.45) in the same meet...Finished 13th in the 400m (47.25) and third in the 4x100 (39.33) at the 64th Mt. Personal: Attended Deerfield Beach High School. Son of Nesky Metelus and Valencia Abrams. Nesky ran track at Middle Tennessee State University. Brother of John, Nick, Jeremiah, Navian, Kaylen, and Kalena. Major is Exercise Science. Born on December 15^th.
