Biography

A hard-nosed player who transferred from the University of Alabama following the 2008-09 season ... Will bring a much-needed physical presence to the Bulls' frontcourt ... In two seasons with the Crimson Tide, averaged 6.5 points per contest in 33 games including 17 starts ... The year has benefitted her as she was able to develop her game and learn USF's system ... Is expected to follow in the footsteps of former frontcourt transfers Jessica Lawson (from California) and Brittany Denson (from Miami) who had extremely successful careers with the Bulls.

2011-12 (Senior) - Played in 7 games ... Averaged 8.7 minutes, 2.6 points, and 2.1 rebounds per game ... Shot a team high 100% from the line … Season high 15 minutes, 8 points, 4-6 from the field, 4 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal against North Florida (11/15/11).

2010-11 (Junior) – Hit the floor for USF after sitting out the 2010-11 season due to NCAA transfer rules … Finished the year sixth on the team in scoring netting 6.0 points per game and sixth in rebounding grabbing 3.2 boards per outing … Scored in double digits in seven games, including a season-high 16 points in the season opener against Jacksonville (11/12/10) on 5-9 (55.6 percent) shooting from the field and 6-7 (85.7 percent) from the free throw line … Had double figures in the scoring column in three consecutive games with 14 points against North Florida (12/12/10), 14 points against Wake Forest (12/14/10) and 11 points at UNLV (12/18/10) … Grabbed a season-high nine rebounds twice against Wake Forest and Seton Hall (1/25/11).

2009-10: Had to sit out the 2009-10 season due to NCAA transfer rules.

2008-09 (Sophomore): Recovered from her knee injury to play in 22 games with nine starts for the Crimson Tide ... Averaged 4.9 points per game and 2.7 rebounds per outing ... Also finished second on the team in assists handing out 2.6 per contest ... Scored double figures in five games during the 2008-09 season including 13 points at Middle Tennessee State on Dec. 14 ... Also recorded career-high 13 rebounds against UCF on Dec. 3 and a career-best 13 assists against Sam Houston State on Dec. 7 ... In the game against Sam Houston, fell three rebounds shy of registering a triple-double, grabbing seven boards in 18 minutes.

2007-08 (Freshman): As a freshman, averaged 9.8 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists per game in 11 outings before suffering a season-ending knee injury ... In those 11 outings, led Alabama in scoring three times including a career-high 20-point outing against Louisiana Tech on Dec. 5, 2007.

High School: A four-star recruit according to FloridaHoops.com and was listed among the top recruits in her region by HoopGurlz.com while playing at Englewood High School ... 2007 Sun Sports/FSN second team all state honoree as voted by the Florida Sportswriters Association ... Times-Union All-First Coast Player of the Year as a senior ...
