Dustin Watts joined the Fishman Family Student-Athlete Enrichment Center Academic Services team in January 2023. He currently serves as the Academic Coordinator for the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams and the Women’s Lacrosse team. Before entering his current role in January 2024, he was an Assistant Academic Coordinator for the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country teams, as well as supporting the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field teams.

Dustin is currently a candidate for his Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida. Prior to arriving at the University of South Florida, he graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and spent time in the financial and agricultural industries.

Dustin is engaged to Erika Seas, with whom they have a son, Daniel. In his free time, he enjoys spending beach days with his family, grilling and barbecuing, and jamming to Jimmy Buffett.
