Scott Collins (or Collins-Pagan) came back to USF Athletics in July of 2017 as the Director of Ticket Operations after spending 6 years at FAU. He was promoted to Assistant Athletic Director of Ticketing and Revenue Generation in July of 2021. He currently is responsible for the ticket process, creative revenue strategies and fan experiences to increase attendance as well as revenue at USF.
Prior to his second stint at USF, Scott spent time at FAU where he started as a Graduate Assistant and was promoted up to the Director of Ticket Operations before he left. Scott oversaw ticket operations for all sports at FAU, while earning his master’s degree in Business Administration from FAU’s MBA sport program.
Scott attended USF for his undergraduate degree, earning a bachelor’s in marketing and management. He is thrilled to be back in Tampa and at USF where so many special memories were created. He hopes he can pass that on to the next generation of students and fans.Â
