Tyler Block assumed his role of Assistant Director of Compliance in Sept. 2021.

Prior to coming to the University of South Florida, Block worked in the compliance office at Georgia Southern University, most recently serving as the Compliance Coordinator. 

Block began working in collegiate athletics at North Carolina Central University as an intern with the Compliance Department in July. 2018. Following NCCU, Block spent the 19-20 school year as the Compliance Coordinator at the University of Notre Dame. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Savannah State University in May 2014. Block earned his Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law in May 2019. Block is a member of the Illinois State Bar. 

Block currently resides in Tampa, FL.
