Vanja Klaric

Vanja Klaric is the newly appointed assistant coach for the USF women’s tennis team. Prior to coaching the team, Klaric played for the Bulls from 2015 to 2019, including for the 2017 AAC Conference Championship team.

As a student-athlete at the University of South Florida, she earned numerous accolades including, All-Academic Team, ITA Scholar-Athlete (2017-2019), Dean’s List (2018-2019), AAC Player of the week (2019), American All-Conference Team (2018), Bedford Cup Sportsmanship Award (2016), and a Full Athletic Scholarship.

In 2022 Klaric was certified by ATP as a certified professional tennis coach. She achieved global professional tennis coaching status by attending prestigious development training led by top current and former professional players and coaches.

Personal: Klaric was born to Irena and Rajko Klaric in Gaborone, Botswana. She studied at the University of South Florida, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
