Kinley was named Assistant Director of On-Campus Recruiting for South Florida Football in March of 2025, joining head coach Alex Golesh’s third staff at USF.
Kinley arrived at USF after serving as an On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator for the University of Tennessee for two years (2023-24).
Prior to her time in knoxville, Kinley was an assistant coach for the Georgetown University volleyball program during the 2022 season, where she worked with the Hoyas’ back row defenders and passing unit under Georgetown head coach David Heller.
Before coaching, Kinley was a four-year standout libero for the University of Oklahoma from 2018–21. A three-time team captain, she was named Big 12 Libero of the Year twice and earned All-Big 12 honors every season of her career. She was selected an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American and AVCA All-Southwest Region First Team honoree in 2018.
Off the court, Kinley was actively involved in student-athlete leadership and advocacy. She served on the SAIL/SAAC committee, contributed to the diversity and inclusion subcommittee, was a member of the Athletes of Color group, and chaired the Athletes United organization, helping lead conversations around equity, identity, and athlete empowerment on campus.
Kinley brings a unique perspective to the football staff, combining elite-level playing experience, coaching insight, and athlete development expertise to help support USF’s student-athletes in all aspects of their collegiate journey.
