Domenica Morgan Jones is a distinguished leader in athletic administration, currently serving as the Associate Athletic Director of Human Resources at the University of South Florida (USF) since September 2022. She brings a wealth of experience to her role at USF, having previously held the position of Assistant AD of Human Resources at Texas Tech University. Her tenure in collegiate athletics includes impactful roles at prominent institutions such as Washington State University (WSU), the University of Colorado, and Florida Atlantic University (FAU).

At USF, Domenica oversees all aspects of athletic human resources, including employment compensation, employee relations, and organizational development. Her expertise is instrumental in shaping positive organizational performance and results. Her career in HR management at Texas Tech involved being the main contact for HR queries across departments, advising on employee relations, and leading initiatives in employee engagement and leadership development.

Prior to her roles in human resources, Domenica served as Chief of Staff in WSU Athletics, where she managed the Athletic Director's budget and played a vital role in professional development and strategic planning. At FAU, she not only directed human resources for Athletics but also coordinated donor events and developed policies, showcasing her versatile skill set.

Domenica has recently completed her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Human Resources from Liberty University, enhancing her robust educational background which also includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Interpersonal/Organizational Communication from the University of Central Florida.

Her professional memberships include Women Leaders in College Sports, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), and the College Athletic Business Management Association (CABMA), reflecting her deep commitment to the advancement of collegiate athletics administration. Domenica's comprehensive experience and ongoing dedication to professional growth highlight her as a key asset to USF Athletics and the broader athletic community.
