
Heintz makes Major League Debut

Former USF baseball player Chris Heintz (1993-96) made his Major League debut with the Minnesota Twins on Sept. 10, 2005 versus the Cleveland Indians. The 1996 All-American has appeared in four games for the Twins, batting .273, with two doubles and a run scored (as of Sept. 14). His first-career hit came against the Indians Sept. 11.
