(March 28. 2006) The USF men's golf team shot a final round 307 and scored a 923 toal at the Carter Plantation Intercollegiate to finish seventh in the 12-team event. Host and winner Southeastern Louisiana shot a 54-hole 896.

USF's Tyler Hitchcock finished in an eighth place tie, shooting 76-72-77 for a 225. Justin Fetcho shot 74-81-76 for a 231 total and tied for 28th, followed by Kevin Tilbury (75-81-77) in 33rd place, Chris Black (79-78-80) in a tie for 41st and Greg O'Mahony (79-86-77).
