(April 11, 2006) The USF men's golf team closed its regular season with a 12th place finish in the 15-team Arkansas State Indian Classic today. The Bulls, who host the Big East Championship at Lake Jovita April 20-21, shot a 54-hole 916 to finish 21 shots behind winner New Orleans.
 
USF sophomore Tyler Hitchcock tied for fifth place with rounds of 75-69-76 for a 226 total, 11 shots behind medalist Derek Bohlen of Northern Iowa. Kevin Tilbury (75-77-77) finished in a tie for 32nd, Justin Fetcho (73-82-78) tied for 46th, Chris Black (80-81-75) tied for 64th and Brandon Lee (81-80-81) tied for 73rd.
