The mission of the Varsity Club is to encourage past USF athletics members to be lifelong members of the USF Athletics family and to strengthen the bond between them, the University, and the department of intercollegiate athletics. Photo Name: 1982 Sun Belt Champions The Bulls didn't have to go far to celebrate their 1982 Sun Belt Championship, as the USF baseball team won the trophy right here in Tampa with a win over Charlotte and two over South Alabama. The three wins were part of a 45-win season for USF, which boasted a 45-13 overall record that year, including a trip to the NCAA Regional in Coral Gables following the Sun Belt tournament.
