Photo Name: Chris Heintz A former USF great is returning to Tampa as Chris Heintz was hired as the hitting coach over the weekend. A 1996 All-American and the Conference USA Player of the Year, Heintz led the Bulls to a 47-19 mark in '96, the second-most wins ever posted by the program since the first season in 1966. That season, Heintz batted .400 with 106 hits, 95 RBI, 21 doubles and 16 home runs, becoming the only player ever to post at least 100 hits and 90 RBI in a single season.
