Up Next For the Bulls:
Game 36: Stetson | April 19| 7:00 p.m. | Tampa, Fla.
SOUTH ORANGE, NJ- The University of South Florida baseball team could not complete the sweep as the Bulls dropped the finale, 6-0, Sunday afternoon to Seton Hall at Owen T. Wilson Field.

After a scoreless first frame for both teams, Seton Hall touched up Bulls starter Matt Reed for back to back RBI singles in the second inning to take a 2-0 lead.

Reed was admirable on the afternoon keeping the Bulls in the game but would get little help from the Bulls at the plate.

Seton Hall tacked on a run in the sixth before chasing Reed in the seventh after scoring three runs, two of which  were credited to Reed.

Reed would leave the game after 6.1 innings, scattering six hits taking the loss to fall to 2-3 on the season.

AFter coming from behind in Game 2, it wouldn ot be the case on Sunday as the Bulls struggled all afternoon trying to solve Pirates starter Jon Prosinski. USF registered just four hits off the right hander. Proniski picked up his third win of the season going, 7.2 innings, striking out six Bulls.

The Bulls best scoring chance came in the seventh as Chad Taylor and James Ramsay led off the inning with back-to-back singles but both would be stranded after the next three batters were retired.

The Bulls will return to the friendly confines of the USF Baseball Stadium for the first time in four games and the lone time in a stretch of nine games on Tuesday night. USF will welcome No. 20 Stetson for a mid-week clash that will be broadcasred on the Bright House Sports Network.

Game Notes
USF is 12-4 all-time vs. Seton Hall... USF was out hit, 10-4... A two-out double by Junior Carlin in the third extended his hit streak to a career long 15 games... it is the longest streak by a Bull this season and longest since Ryan Lockwood's 32-game hit streak which ended two games into the 2009 season... With a third inning pick-off, Matt Reed has a BIG EAST leading eight pickoffs on the season... Todd Brazeal's eight game hit streak was halted after the senior went 0-for-4...
