TAMPA, NOV. 25, 2014 – With USF-UCF taking place the day after Thanksgiving, it will be time to take the leftover turkey and fixins on a road trip to Raymond James Stadium for the big game.

ESPN2 has set Friday's game time for noon, so set your alarm clock and sleep in your Bulls gear to get a head start on the fun tailgate experience in the parking lot. Here is your fan guide to this year's unique installment of the USF-UCF rivalry series. See you all at the stadium bright and early.

Parking Info

Reserved parking for season ticket members opens at 6 a.m. and cash lots for the general public open at 7 a.m. Take a look at the Raymond James Stadium parking map HERE.

Join the Bulls Stampede

Get an up-close look at players and coaches you'll be rooting for during Bulls Stampede, starting at approximately 9:30 a.m. when the USF football team gets off the bus in the Bulls Zone located between gates C and D. Fans are encouraged to greet the Bulls and cheer them on as they head down the pedestrian walkway to the stadium gates to prepare for the meeting with the Knights.

Bulls Zone Info

Before heading through the gates at Ray Jay, fans can get excited for the game by checking out the Bulls Zone located in between the faculty/staff and Bulls Club tailgate areas off Tampa Bay Blvd. right in front of the stadium.

The Bulls Zone opens at 8:30 a.m. and features a ton of fun activities, including an inflatable bounce house for the kids, a football target toss challenge and special giveaways while DJ's play music. Bring your cameras because a giant Rocky the Bull will be on hand to pose with inside the Bulls Zone.

Fun Tailgate Food Ideas

If you have a fridge full of Thanksgiving leftovers and you're in a time crunch before the big game, we've got you covered. Here are some post-Thanksgiving recipes that are quick and easy, so you can wrap up the goods and head to the stadium ASAP.

Fans looking to make a true breakfast out of leftovers can dish out turkey frittatas thanks to the Food Network. This one takes all of 20 minutes – RECIPE LINK.

Friday's low will be 48 degrees, and if you're getting to the stadium by 7 a.m., this day-after turkey soup recipe will help keep you warm. Who doesn't love soup?

There's nothing like a good pot pie, and since you have tons of turkey left, an idea to combine the two can be found HERE. Tailgaters let me know if you make this one and I just might have to drop by.

If you're lucky enough to have a good amount of cranberry sauce left after the family dinner, here is an idea for a delicious apple crisp with cranberry sauce. It's never too early for dessert.
