TAMPA, JAN. 12, 2015 – Another exciting season of USF baseball and softball is approaching fast and fans can start to reserve their seats at great rates.
Season tickets and mini plans are on sale now and each option is packed with plenty of new perks for Bulls fans.
General admission box seats for 30 baseball home games are just $99 and general admission season tickets are $65. General admission mini plan seats for Friday or Saturday games are $24, Friday and Saturday game packages are $48 with Sunday's game as an added benefit. USF starts its home slate Feb. 18 against Florida and fans that purchase season tickets will receive a team autographed ball.
Softball fans also can get a lot of bang for their buck with the new pricing structure. Season tickets for 38 games at USF Softball Stadium and seven more in Clearwater are $65 for general admission seats. Just like baseball, softball season ticket holders will receive a team autographed ball as a gift. Weekend plans for all Friday and Saturday dates are $36 (does not include Sunday games), and a Friday or Saturday plan (six games) is $18. The Bulls begin their season Feb. 5 against Hampton at USF Softball Stadium.
This year's pricing plan gives season ticket holders a lot of flexibility for both sports. Fans that can't make it to a specific game can exchange any ticket for another game during the season (excluding games vs. Florida).
More value can be found in single-game and group pricing. All single-game tickets for adults and youth are $5, a $2 decrease for adults from past years. Parents are required to purchase a ticket for kids 4 years or older. Note: Single-game tickets for the Feb. 8 softball game against Florida and the Feb. 18 baseball game against the Gators are $10 for adults and youth prices remain at $5 (tickets are non-exchangeable). Single-game tickets go on sale Friday, Jan. 23.
Tickets are $5 for general admission seats for groups of 20 or more and all group members will receive a free USF hat for coming to the ballgame. Group experience package perks also include throwing out the first pitch and postgame activities on the field for those who purchase tickets for a specific minimum price.
Parents can get another great deal by signing their kids up for the Rocky's Rookies Kids Club. The $15 membership includes free admission to all baseball and softball games, Olympic sport events and women's basketball games. Members will receive a free T-shirt and e-newsletter.
