TAMPA, OCT. 30, 2015 – No. 22 USF men's golf wraps up its fall season at the Gifford Collegiate, which begins Monday, Nov. 2 in Carlsbad, Calif.

USF's lineup will be led by freshman Oskar Bergqvist and also will include Cristian DiMarco, Aksel Olsen, Claudio Correa and Rigel Fernandes. The Bulls' competition will include host UCLA, No. 5 Stanford, Colorado, Harvard, Marquette, Northwestern, Tennessee, Washington and Wisconsin.

The three-day event will take place at La Costa Golf Course (par-71, 6,9996 yards) and the Bulls will be looking for their second tournament title of the season after winning The Jackrabbit on Sept. 28 in Valentine, Neb.

USF followed up its title victory with a second-place finish at the AutoTrader.com Collegiate Classic on Oct. 13 in Duluth, Ga. Bergqvist carded a career-low 4-under 68 in the final round and finished second individually at 8-under (70-70-68—208). DiMarco played his way into the lineup by finishing third as an individual at 5-under (74-69-68—211). 

Following the Gifford Collegiate, USF will begin its spring season at the Gator Invitational on Saturday, Feb. 20 in Gainesville. Check out the entire season schedule HERE.
