Bulls Stay Perfect at Home , Win 3-1 vs. Memphis

TAMPA, Sept. 25, 2016 – The University of South Florida volleyball team (10-4, 1-1) remained undefeated at home with a 3-1 win against Memphis (8-6, 0-2) on Sunday afternoon.

The Bulls won with scores of 25-20, 25-16, 20-25, 25-18.

USF has now won all seven home contests this season and eight home matches in a row dating back to last year.

Senior right side hitter Elyse Panick (Osteen, Fla.) guided USF to a victory in the first set with six kills. USF also won the second set by nearly a double digit difference. The Bulls held Memphis to a .062 hitting percentage in the opening set, and a .069 mark in the second set.

After dropping the third set, senior outside hitter T'ara Austin (Joliet, Ill.) secured the match for USF with six kills in the final set.
