Quotable
"Today was a disappointing start to the season," said USF head coach
Ashley Fisher. "We didn't do a good enough job of preparing our players and Georgia State took advantage. They were hungry and executed better than us down the stretch. Not the start that we wanted but that's all it was. One match that opened our season. Our guys have always done a great job of responding after matches like this and we have the opportunity on Sunday to do just that."
Â
Up Next
The Bulls will stay in the Peach State to take part in the ITA Weekend Kickoff on Sunday and Monday at the University of Georgia in Athens. South Florida will face Virginia Tech on day one at 1 p.m. and either No. 7 Georgia or VCU on Monday.
