TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 29, 2024 – South Florida men's soccer (1-1-1) earned its first win of the season with a 2-0 shutout victory against Eckerd on Thursday night at Corbett Stadium in Tampa, Fla.

Fifteen minutes into the first stanza, Lovro Kostanjsek found the back of the net to put the Bulls in front.
Mathis Haugen logged the assist on the first goal of the night. Later on, in the 36th minute,
Jalen Anderson scored, with
Michael Owens on the assist. Kostanjsek and Anderson's goals were both their first of the 2024 campaign.
