TAMPA, Fla., October 24, 2025 – The University of South Florida beach volleyball team continues its inaugural fall exhibition season with a trip across the country to compete in the 2025 AVCA Collegiate Beach West Qualification Tournament, hosted by the Relentless Beach Volleyball Tour at the Huntington Beach Pier in California on Oct. 25–26.

The event features some of the top programs in the country, including USC, UCLA and LMU, and other nationally recognized powers, giving the Bulls valuable exposure and high-level competition as the program continues to build its foundation in its first year.

USF enters the weekend following a historic showing at the AVCA Collegiate Pairs Tournament in Wilmington, N.C.where Zoey Mitchell and Josephine Sek delivered a standout performance and earned a bid to the AVCA Collegiate Pairs National Championship. The duo's success marked the first national qualification in program history.

This weekend's competition presents an opportunity for the Bulls to secure another national bid and further establish themselves on the national stage. The trip also highlights the program's professionalism and growth, as USF continues to compete among elite programs on both coasts during its debut season.
