USF Volleyball’s Andrade Named American Conference Player of the Week

Raegan Richardson earned a spot on the Honorable Mention team.

TAMPA, Fla. (Oct. 6, 2025) – Outside hitter Maria Clara Andrade was named the American Conference Offensive Player of the week, while setter Raegan Richardson earned a spot on the Honorable Mention, the league office announced on Monday.

Andrade, who is earning her first Player of the Week nod this season, led the Bulls with 34 kills, averaging 4.25 kills per set. She registered 10 digs in each match, for a total of 20. Andrade produced her sixth and seventh double-doubles of the season. She served six aces; four came against North Texas. Andrade posted six blocks over the weekend.

Richardson, who is coming off a Setter of the Week nod, has earned a spot on the Honorable Mention team. She dished out 89 assists in eight sets, averaging 11.13 assists per set. Richardson had 10 kills over the weekend, averaging 1.25 kills per set.

Up Next

South Florida will head back on the road for a pair of matches against Rice and Tulane next weekend. The Bulls will start the weekend in Houston with a 7 p.m. match against Rice. On Sunday, the Bulls will head to New Orleans for a 2 p.m. match against Tulane. Both matches will be streamed on ESPN+.
