TAMPA, Fla., September 28, 2025 – The University of South Florida men's golf team continues its 2025-26 season at the Windon Memorial Classic, hosted by Northwestern University, Sept. 29-30 at Knollwood Club in Lake Forest, Ill.
The 54-hole event begins on Monday with 36 holes of continuous play. Teams will begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. ET, meaning simultaneous tee-offs from all teams, on different holes. Teams will consist of five players, with the best four scores from each team counting toward the daily total.
The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday, beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET, with awards presented at the conclusion of play.
USF will be one of 16 teams in a competitive field that includes host Northwestern, Illinois, Ohio State, Purdue, Notre Dame, Kansas, Michigan State, SMU, New Mexico, UC Davis, East Tennessee State, Oral Roberts, Minnesota, Indiana, and Marquette.
Knollwood Club, a par-71 championship course in Lake Forest, has hosted numerous national and collegiate events and will provide a challenging test for this year's Windon Memorial Classic.

About USF Men's Golf
The USF men's golf program has captured 19 conference titles and has seen players earn 19 All-America honors. The Bulls have won six American Athletic Conference Tournament championships in wire-to-wire fashion, winning four consecutive from 2015-18. The Bulls have had six individual conference champions, including Jake Peacock in both 2024 and 2025. They went to nine straight NCAA Regional appearances from 2013-2022, including a 6th place finish in NCAA Championship match-play in 2015. USF is led by Steve Bradley, who has been named American Athletic Conference Coach of the Year five times since taking over the program in 2014. The Bulls have posted 25 tournament wins under Bradley including three in the 2023-24 season, by far the most under any coach in program history.
