TAMPA, Fla. – January 12, 2026 — South Florida men's basketball's Adriel Nyorha was recognized by The American Conference on Monday as Freshman of the Week. Wes Enis was also named to their honorable mention list for Player of the Week. Both players earned weekly honors following a productive week that helped propel the Bulls to two road victories.

Nyorha averaged 4.5 points, 1.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.0 steals across South Florida's wins at North Texas and Tulsa, providing steady playmaking and defensive presence from the guard position.

At North Texas, Nyorha finished with four points on 1-of-4 shooting while adding three assists and one rebound. He followed that performance with a strong all-around outing at Tulsa, recording five points on 2-of-5 shooting, five assists, two rebounds, and two steals to help secure the Bulls' second road win of the week.

Enis earned Honorable Mention recognition after averaging 17.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 0.5 steals in the two road victories. His week was highlighted by a historic performance at Tulsa, where he poured in 32 points while knocking down 10 three-pointers, tying his own program record set the week prior.

The 10 made threes marked the second-most in a single game in conference history and made Enis the only player in American Conference history to record multiple games with 10 or more three-pointers.
