Battle Earns American Conference Honorable Mention for the Second Time This Season

Irving, Texas, March 2, 2026 – Edyn Battle earned American Conference Honorable Mention for the second time this season, the conference announced on Monday.
 
Battle led the Bulls with 19 points, three rebounds, two assists, and a steal in a 66-63 win at North Texas on Feb. 28. She secured a key rebound with 31 seconds remaining to help seal the victory.
 
Battle shot 9-for-23 (.391) from the field and recorded her 20th double-digit scoring game of the season. She is one of two players in the American Conference averaging at least 15.0 points and 4.0 assists per game in conference play this season.
