IRVING, Texas (April 14, 2026) – Nathan Metelus earned the American Conference Men's Track Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Metelus won the 400m with a personal-best time of 45.80 at the South Florida Invitational. His time ranks third in the American, 10
th in the East Region, and 19
th in the nation.
Metelus finished third in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:09.71 at the South Florida Invitational.
Up Next:
South Florida will compete at the Mt. Sac Relays in Walnut, California, on April 17-18.
