
South Florida Track and Field Earns USTFCCCA All-Academic Awards

Fourteen student-athletes named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team
NEW ORLEANS (July 20, 2026) – The South Florida men's and women's track and field teams earned the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team award, the organization announced on Monday.
To qualify for the team award, a program must earn a team cumulative grade-point average of 3.0 or higher. The women's team posted a 3.43 GPA, while the men's team recorded a 3.27 GPA.
To earn individual All-Academic honors, student-athletes must meet both academic and athletic criteria. Academically, nominees must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25.
Athletic criteria can be met for either the indoor or outdoor season. For the indoor season, the athlete must have finished the season ranked among the top 96 nationally in any championship individual event or among the top 48 in any championship relay event. For the outdoor season, athletes must either compete in any round of the NCAA Outdoor Championships or finish the season ranked among the top 48 in the East or West region in an individual event.
Fourteen student-athletes earned individual All-Academic honors, including Joshua Crum, Andreas Kreiss, Darian Mills, Alexavier Monfries, Payton Pitts, Nikodem Pochopien, Shevioe Reid, Terrell Robinson Jr., Kelsey Singleton, Alesandro Williams-Cardoso, Annalee Harbison, Doris Quainoo, Zayin Roe, and Lilah Versluis.

Erik Jenkins is in his seventh season as the South Florida head coach. The Bulls' 4x400m relay squad— Devontie Archer, Alexavier Monfries, Corey Ottey and Gabriel Moronta — claimed a national title with a program-record time of 3:00.42 at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Championships, earning a top-15 finish as a team. This past season, nine Bulls athletes earned All-America honors, including Kobe Babin, Devontie Archer, Alexavier Monfries, Corey Ottey, Gabriel Moronta, Shomari Pettigrew, Jaleel Croal, Abdul-Rasheed Saminu, and Vincent Ugwoke.
