Indoor: Placed first in the mile at Crimson Elite 2024 (Feb. 2) with a time of 5:02.62. 

2023:
Indoor: Ran a season-best in the 800m of 2:19.75 at the PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational (Jan. 27-28) … Ran a new personal best of 4:58.24 in the mile race at the Crimson Elite (Feb. 3-4) … Ran a new personal best of 2:51.00 in the 1000m to finish seventh at the Boston University Scarlet and White Invite (Feb. 4) … Finished 12^th in the mile race with 5:04.16 at the AAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25).
 
Outdoor: Won the 800m with 2:13.34 at the Tampa Spartans Open (Feb. 18) … Finished fourth in the 4x800 relay at the Pepsi Florida Relays (Mar 31 – Apr. 1) … Finished third in the 800m with a new personal best time of 2:11.19, moving up to sixth in the program’s all-time list, while also finishing third in the 4x400 with 3:48.15 at the South Florida Invitational (Apr. 7-8) … Ran a personal best time of 4:36.24 in the 1500m at the UNF East Coast Relays (Apr. 28-29) … Finished 9^th in the 800m with 2:11.39 at the AAC Outdoor Championships.

Indoor: Set a season’s best with a mark of 2:16.66 for 800m at the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite (Feb. 5) ... Set a personal best for the Mile of 5:18.91 at the Crimson Elite (Feb. 4)

Outdoor: Set a personal best with a mark of 4:42.62 for 1500, finishing second at the Tampa Track Classic (Feb. 19) ... Set a personal best with a mark of 2:15.08 for 800 meters at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational (April 29-30).

High School: PRs: 400m: 58.18, 800m: 2:16.93 ... 2017, 2018, and 2019 Provincial Medalist in Cross Country.  2019 Provincial Medalist in Track and Field
 
Personal: A member of the USF Women’s Soccer Team. Attended Leaside High School. Daughter of Kevin and Catherine La-Rose. Plans on majoring in Exercise Science. Born on August 28th.
