• Landed in the top 10 in the 100 meters at 10.78 at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Ran in the 4x400 relay at the BIG EAST Championships (5/2) that placed seventh in 3:14.12
• Posted a time of 21.84 in the 200 meters at BIG EAST
• Ran 21.88 in the 200 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17)
• Went 50.08 in the 400 at the Spike's Classic (4/3)
• Ran a 21.63 in the 200 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) and also ran the 400
Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200 and 400 meters
• Placed fifth in the finals of the 200 with a time of 21.91 at the Championships (2/20)
• Also competed in the 400 meters, placing 13th in 49.28
• Ran a time of 49.36 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6), posting a BIG EAST mark

• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
Outdoor
• Led the 4x400m relay to a seventh-place finish at the BIG EAST Championships in 3:13.97
• Placed ninth in the 400m at the championships in 48.51
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200m and 400m dashes
• Placed second in the 200m dash at the Tailwind Invitational (April 11) with a 21.50
• Ran a season-best 48.46 in the 400m at the Florida Relays (April 3-4)
• Won the 400m dash at the South Florida Quad (March 28) with a 49.78
Indoor
• Placed fourth in the 400m dash with a personal-best 48.20 at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22)
• Ran a personal-record 1:25.68 in the 600m dash at the Red Simmons Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Also competed as a member of the 4x400 relay teams

2008
• Won the team award for Most Improved Male
Outdoor
• NCAA Regional Qualifier with a personal-best in the 200-meters of 20.98 at the Aztec Invitational (March 14-15) to place second all-time at USF
• Ran a season-best the 400-meters in a time of 48.36 at the Aztec Invitational
• Ran on the 4x400 relay team at the BIG EAST Championships (May 2-4)

2007
• Won team award for Outstanding Freshmen Male of the Year
Outdoor
• Ran a season-best of 21.40 in the 200-meters at the BIG EAST Championships (May 4-6) which is the second fastest time ever at USF
• Ran a season-best of 21.42 at the BIG EAST Championships prelims which places him second all-time at USF
• Qualified for the USA Junior Nationals in the 200-meters.

Piper High School
• Earned four letters in cross country and track
• Captured the state championship in the 400 meters in 2005 and was the 200 meter runner up
• Ran a personal-best in the 200-meters of 21.31
