Cross Country
• Ran a season-best and personal-best 18:05 in the 5k at the Big East Preview (Oct. 1)
• Competed in the 6k at the Big East Championships, running her best time of 22:14, placing 57th overall and was the third fastest on the team

Outdoor
• Competed in both the 400m and 800m for the Bulls
• Placed 6th in the finals of the BIG EAST Championships (5/8) in the 800m with a time of 2:09.67
• Ran a personal-best 2:09.29 in the 800m at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/23)
• Had victories in the 800m at the USF Invite (4/1) and UT Carnival (4/8)

Indoor
• Set a new school record and a personal-best time in the 600m run with a time of 1:33.48 at the Jayhawk Classic (1/28)
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 800m 
• At the Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup at Penn Sate, recorded a new personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:10.38 and finished in second place
• Had a season-best effort in the 500m (1:13.36) at the BIG EAST Championships (2/20), placing third in the competition

2009-10

• Named the Northwestern Mutual Academic Student-Athlete of the Month for February

Outdoor
• Finished 11th in the 800 meters at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1) in a collegiate best 2:11.29
• Ran in the 4x800 relay at BIG EAST that placed ninth in 9:07.26, the second-best time at USF
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 and 800 meters
• Went 56.75 in the 400 at the Tom Jones Memorial Classic (4/17) for a new PR
• Ran 2:13.46 in the 800 at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10)
• Took third in the 800 at the FSU Relays (3/27) in 2:13.13 and also ran the 4x400 relay
• Posted a time of 2:12.11 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) in the 800
• Ran 2:12.15 in the 800 in the first outdoor meet of the year at the USF Open (3/5)
• Member of the 4x400 relay at both the Bulls Invite and the USF Open
Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 500 and 800 meters
• Finished sixth in the 500 meters in the finals at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21) with a time of 1:13.54
• Ran 1:13.25 in the prelim the day before to up her school record
• Led the DMR to a sixth-place finish at the Championships and also competed in the 4x400 relay
• Ran the second-fastest 800 time in USF indoor history in 2:10.98 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6), placing fourth
• Ran the 800 in the DMR as USF finished second in 11:40.19 at Sykes-Sabock
• Went 1:15.57 to take first in the 500 at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29)
• Ran in the DMR that finished third in 12:09.15 at the Reebok Invite
• Ran a time of 2:16.11 in the 800 meters to place fifth at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23) for a BIG EAST mark
• Ran a time of 1:15.25 in the 500 meters at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15) to come in first
• Also ran the first leg of the 4x400 relay at Akron
Cross Country
• Ran a season-best 20:31.00 in the 5k at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 16)
• Competed in the 6k Paul Short Invitational, running a 23:27.00 to finish fifth among USF athletes (Oct. 2)
• Also ran in the Mountain Dew Invitational and the BIG EAST Championships

2008-09
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
• Tabbed team's Toughest Female Competitor

Outdoor
• Qualified for the USA Junior National Championships in the 800m
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 800m
• Placed first in the USF Open (March 6) 800m with a personal-best 2:11.38, the second-lowest mark in school history
• Set a personal-best in the 400m with a 57.49 at the South Florida Quad (March 28)
• Member of the first-place 4x400 relay team at the USF Open (March 6) with a 3:58.18 overall finish
Indoor
• Bested her own school record in the 500m at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22) with a 1:13.66 to win her preliminary heat
• Finished seventh overall in the 500m at the BIG EAST Championships (Feb. 21-22)
• Won the 500m dash at the Reebok Indoor Games (Jan. 30) with a then-school record time of 1:14.22
• Member of the distance medley relay team that took home the event crown at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7) with an 11:55.68
• Captured the event title in the 800m at the Red Simmons Invitational (Jan. 24) with a 2:14.29
• Ran a personal-best 2:14.05 in the 800m at the Indiana Invitational (Jan. 17), which currently ranks fifth all-time in USF history
• Also competed as a member of the 4x400, 4x800 and distance medley relay teams
Cross Country
• Ran a personal-best 19:48.16 at the Mountain Dew Invitational (5k)
• Also competed at the BIG EAST Championships, finishing with a time of 23:31.00

Chester High School
• Four year Pennsylvania state qualifier in the 800-meters
• Member of the 4x400 state championship relay team as a senior in both indoor and outdoor
• State runner-up in the 800-meters as a freshman, sophomore and senior
• Won district championship in the 800 as a sophomore
• Earned all-state honors all four years
• Elected team captain as a junior and senior
