• Won the Notre Dame Invite in the 400 meters, with a time of 47.95

Outdoor
• BIG EAST qualifier in the 400m for the Bulls
• Finished third at the BIG EAST Championships (5/8), posting a time of 47.54
• Posted a PR of 47.39 in the 400m at the Polytan Invitational (4/23) finishing 3rd overall
• Finished 1st in the 400m at the Yellow Jacket Invite, the UNF Invite and the USF Open
• Was a member of the 4x400 meter relay that finished 3rd at the BIG EAST Championships with a time of 3:11.08

Indoor
• BIG EAST qualifier in the 400m for the Bulls
• Finished fifth at the BIG EAST Championships with a PR time of 48.52
• During the prelims, had a time of 48.64 to place third in the competition
• Qualified for BIG EAST at Minnesota (1/22) when he ran a time of 49.48 to take home fourth place
• At the Jayhawk Classic (1/28), finished third with a time of 49.45

2010
Outdoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 200 and 400 meters, but did not compete due to injury
• Had a new PR of 47.55 in the 400 at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17)
• Member of the 4x400 relay that ran 3:09.70 for a new school record at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10), finishing third overall
• Also went 47.80 in the 400 at Sea Ray to take fifth
• Ran the 200 in 22.27 and the 400 in 48.39 at the FSU Relays (3/27) and helped the 4x400 relay run 3:14.58
• Posted the second-fastest time ever at USF in the 400 at 47.63 in the Bulls Invitational (3/19)
• Also went 21.80 in the 200 at the Invite, the seventh-best time at USF
• Member of the 4x400 relay at the Invite that went 3:15.84 to place first overall
• Ran a time of 48.24 at the USF Open (3/5), the fifth-best mark in USF history

Indoor
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 meters
• Earned All-BIG EAST honors in the 4x400 relay at the Championships (2/21)
• Helped the relay take third in 3:13.30 and the DMR place sixth in 9:56.06
• Also ran the 400 meters in 49.73 at the championships
• Went 49.32 in the 400 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6) to finish ninth
• Led the 4x400 relay team to a time of 3:16.40 to place first at Sykes-Sabock
