• Competed in one meet for the Bulls before getting injured...Placed 2nd overall at the UT Early Bird Classic, posting a time of 18:26.
Outdoor
• Qualified for the NCAA Championships (6/9) in the Steeplechase, placing 21st overall with a time of 10:31.01
• Ran a PR time of 10:17.60 in the Steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminary (5/27), placing 12th, qualifying on to the NCAA Championships
• Placed 6th at BIG EAST Championships (5/7) in the Steeplechase, running a 10:32.82
• Posted two 1st-place finishes in the Steeplechase during the season, at the USF Invite (4/1) and the Sea Ray Relays (4/16)
• Ran a personal-best 17:10.17 in the 5,000m at the UNF Last Chance meet, placing 1st overall
• Hit a BIG EAST qualifying mark in the 1,500m at the Yellow Jacket Invite (3/26), running a time of 4:36.31, good for 2nd place overall in the meet and was just shy of PR (4:33.33)

• Named to the USTFCCCA women's 2010 Division I All-Academic Track and Field team

• Finished 22nd in the 3,000 steeplechase at the NCAA Championships (6/10) after running 10:48.05
• Became the first female national qualifier in the event and the third overall for the USF program
• Ran a time of 10:30.36 to take second in her heat and eighth overall at the NCAA East Prelim (5/29)
• Ran a time of 17:29.30 in the 5,000 meters at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Placed fifth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1) in 10:30.08
• Ran in the 4x800 relay at the Championships that took ninth in 9:07.26, the second-fastest time ever at USF
• Qualified for the Championships in the 1,500 meters and the 3,000 steeplechase
• Posted a BIG EAST time of 4:33.33 in the 1,500 meters at the Tom Jones Memorial Classic (4/17)
• Upped her school record in the steeplechase at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10) in 10:23.01
• Won the 3k steeplechase at the FSU Relays (3/26) with a 10:33.73
• Set the school record in the 3k steeplechase by running 10:28.89 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19)
• Broke Rita Arndt's former top time of 10:38.41 set in 2001
• Also went 1:07.31 in the 400 hurldes at the Invite

• Ran in the DMR at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21) that placed sixth at the meet
• Upped her personal best in the mile to 4:59.62 to take eighth at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6)
• Helped the DMR run 11:40.19 at Sykes-Sabock to place second
• Ran 5:01.80 to finish sixth at the Reebok Invitational (Jan. 29) in the mile, posting a BIG EAST time
• Also ran in the DMR at the Reebok Invite that finished third in 12:09.50
• Went 5:09.70 in the mile at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23), falling a second short of a BIG EAST mark
• Ran a PR in the 3,000 meters at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15) with a time of 10:18.06
Cross Country
• Was the top finisher for USF in all six meets she competed in
• Earned a new personal best in the 5k with a time of 18:06.00 at the Hatter Invitational (Oct. 16), taking third overall
• Eclipsed her previous best in the 6k by 30 seconds at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 2) with a time of 21:24.00
• Finished second at the Early Bird Classic (Sept. 4)
• Also had the best time for the Bulls at the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA South Regional
2008-09
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
Outdoor
• Qualified for the USA Junior National Championships but did not run due to injury
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championship (May 1-3) in the 3K steeplechase
• Won the 3K steeplechase at the USF Open (March 6) with a time of 10:53.05, the second-best mark in school history
Indoor
• Helped the Bulls to a 14th place finish in the 4x800 (9:19.23) and seventh place in the distance medley relay (11:53.31) at the BIG EAST Championships (May 1-3)
• Part of the distance medley relay team that won the event title at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7) with a time of 11:55.68
• Also chalked up a personal-record 2:58.20 in the 1,000m run at the New Balance Invitational (Feb. 6-7)
• Recorded a career-best 2:29.38 in the 800m at the Red Simmons Invitational (Jan. 24)
• Set a personal-best in the mile with a 5:07.84 at the Indiana Invitational (Jan. 17)
• Ran a personal-best 10:29.85 in the 3,000m at the Oiler Open (Dec. 5-6, 2008), placing second overall
Cross Country
• Ran a personal-best 18:11.94 at the FSU Invitational (5k)
• Posted a personal-best 21:54.00 at the Paul Short Invitational (6k)
• Secured the top time among USF athletes at the Walt Disney Classic, the BIG EAST Championships and the NCAA South Regional
• Took second among USF athletes at the Mountain Dew Invitational, the FSU Invitational and the Paul Short Invitational
• Also competed at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge
Pine Bush High School
• Three-time high school All-American, twice in the 2k steeplechase and once in the indoor SMR
• All-State and All-County in cross country and track & field as a sophomore, junior and senior
• Three-time Empire State Games champion and record holder in the 2000-meter steeplechase
• Section 9 and Orange County 2K steeplechase record holder
• State champion in the 4x400 relay in 2008
• Received MVP for distance at Pine Bush
• Elected team captain as a sophomore, junior, and senior
• Earned four letters in cross country, six for indoor track and five in outdoor track
