• BIG EAST qualifier in the pole vault
• Took home fifth place at BIG EAST with a PR height of 16-2.75
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships at Minnesota (1/22) when he jumped 15-1.50
• At the Jayhawk Classic (1/28), took home first place after vaulting a then-season best 16-0.75
• Vaulted a 15-9 at Penn State (2/5) for a second place finish

2010
Outdoor
• Qualified but did not register a height in the pole vault at the BIG EAST Championships (5/2)
• Jumped 15-7 at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet (4/17)
• Posted a height of 15-5 at the Spike's Classic (4/2)
• Went over the 15-7 height at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) and competed at the FSU Relays (3/27)
• Cleared 15-1 in the first outdoor meet of the year at the USF Open (3/5)
Indoor
• Posted a new indoor PR with a leap of 15-3 at the BIG EAST Championships (2/20) to come in eighth
• Leapt 14-9 at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 6)
• Posted a PR of 15-1.75 at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23) to place eighth
• Cleared a height of 15-1 in his first collegiate meet at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15)

Merritt Island High School
• Florida 3A state champion in the pole vault in 2009
• Set the official Florida state record by clearing 16-8 at the state meet
• Placed third at the 2008 state championships
• Runner-up at the 2009 Golden South Classic
• Placed 10th at the Nike Outdoor Nationals senior year
• Two-time district and conference champion and one-time regional champion
• Three-time all-conference honoree
• Named to Flrunners.com (MileSplit US) All-Decade Team
• Set the school record on 11 different occasions, breaking the 32-year-old school record in the process
• Named to Space Coast First-Team twice
• Tabbed 2009 Space Coast Athlete of the Year
• Team captain in 2009
• Team MVP in 2008 and '09
• All-State honoree in 2009
• Also earned two varsity letters in basketball
