Outdoor
• BIG EAST and NCAA EAST Preliminary qualifier in the javelin
• Broke the school record in the javelin with a throw of 160-4 at the BIG EAST Championships (5/7)
• Placed 2nd at the BIG EAST Championships with the school record-breaking throw of 160-4
• Placed 17th at the NCAA EAST Prelims (5/27) with a throw of 146-4 
• Posted four first-place finishes in the javelin throughout the season, including wins at the Bulls Invite (3/18) and the Polytan Invitational (4/22)
• Recorded a personal-best throw of 85-6 in the discus at the USF Invite (4/1), good for 10th place

2010
• Named to the USTFCCCA women's 2010 Division I All-Academic Track and Field team
Outdoor
• Placed 21st in the javelin at the NCAA Championships (6/12) with a throw of 148-0
• Became USF's first-ever national qualifier in the javelin - men or women
• Placed seventh at the NCAA East Prelim (5/27) with a new school record of 155-8 to qualify for nationals
• Named the BIG EAST Field Athlete of the Week April 27
• Had a toss of 146-6 in the javelin at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Placed fourth at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1) in the javelin on a throw of 149-4
• Upped her school record to 155-7 at the Penn Relays (4/22) as she came in fourth overall
• Won the javelin title at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17) with a throw of 151-10
• Threw 150-3 at the Sea Ray Relays (4/10) to take second overall
• Had a distance of 141-8 at the Bulls Invitational (3/19) and also competed at the FSU Relays (3/26)
• Bested her school record in the javelin at the USF Open (3/5) by throwing 154-6

2009
• Named to the BIG EAST All-Academic Team
• Named to the USTFCCCA women’s 2009 Division I All-Academic Track and Field team
• Captured the team's Outstanding Female Field Athlete of the Year Award
Outdoor
• Took fifth at the Pan American Junior Athletics Championships in Port of Spain, Trinidad Aug. 2
• Captured the javelin title at the USA Track & Field Junior National Championships with a throw of 150-0
• Earned All-America honors as she became the first junior national champion in USF history
• Earned a ninth-place finish at the NCAA East Regional with a throw of 145-5
• Won silver at the BIG EAST Championships (May 1-3), besting her own school record in the javelin with a throw measuring 152-8
• An All-BIG EAST performer for her finish
• Posted seven NCAA qualifying marks in the javelin through the first eight meets of the season
• Never finished outside of the top three through the first seven meets of the season
• Won the javelin event title at the USF Open (March 6), Bulls Invitational (March 21), South Florida Quad (March 28) and Georgia Tech Invitational (May 15-16)
• Set the school record in her first-ever collegiate competition at the USF Open (March 6) with a distance of 150-11

Tamaqua Area High School
• Three-time Pennsylvania State qualifier and finished fifth as a sophomore, fourth as a junior and second as a senior
• Earned All-State honors as a senior|
• District champion as a senior in the javelin and 4x400 relay
• Broke league and school record in the javelin
• Scored 1000 points in basketball in 2008
• Named Times News Tennis player of the year in 2007 and 2008
• Team Captain in 2008 of the tennis team
• Earned four letters in basketball and tennis, three in track and one in softball
• Honor Roll student all throughout high school
• Member of the National Honor society, English Honor society and Spanish Honor society.
