Indoor
• BIG EAST Qualifier in the 60 meters and the Long Jump
• Won the BIG EAST Championship in the Long Jump with a mark of 24-7.25
• Finished in seventh in the preliminaries at the BIG EAST Championships in the 60 meters
• Posted new personal bests in the Long Jump (24-7.25) and the 60 meters (6.86), with both occurring at the BIG EAST Championships

2012
Outdoor

• BIG EAST Qualifier in the Long Jump and 400 meter hurdles
• Won the BIG East Championship in the Long Jump, posting a jump of 26-0…also competed at the NCAA East Prelims, posting a jump of 25-0.5 which was good enough for fourth place
• Placed ninth in the prelims at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 52.88
• Set a new personal best of 52.34 at the Bulls Invite
• Set a new school record with 6,536 pts in the Decathlon at the Bulldog Invite
• Also set new personal bests in the 100 meters (10.87), the 1,500 meters (4:48.25), the High Jump (6-0), the 400 meters (49.29), the Discus (124-3), and the Javelin (157-9)

Indoor
• BIG EAST Qualifier for the Heptathlon
• Placed second at the BIG EAST Championships with a personal best score of 5,409 pts
• Set new personal bests in the 60-meters(6.84), the 1000 meters(2:43.61), the 60-meter hurdles(8.36), the Shot Put (39-11.5), the High Jump (6-2), the Pole Vault (12-1.5), and the Long Jump (23-2.5)

 

2011
Outdoor
• Competed in the 110-meter and 400-meter hurdles, as well as long jump for the Bulls
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in 400-meter hurdles and long jump
• Posted his personal-best in the long jump at the USF Invite with a jump of 24-5.75 (2nd place)
• Placed 8th at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 55.59
• Placed 3rd at the BIG EAST Championships in the long jump with a mark of 24-2.25...Qualified to NCAA's, where he placed 25th at the East Prelims with a jump of 23-8

Indoor
• Competed in the 60-meter hurdles, long jump and heptathlon for the Bulls
• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in all three events
• Scored 5,299 points (a new PR) in the heptathlon at BIG EAST to place second in the event and earn BIG EAST honors
• In the 60-meter hurdles, ran a 8.40 during the prelims at Penn State to tie for seventh place
• Also at Penn State, had a long jump of 22-5.75 to take 12th place
• Earned 4,471 point at Minnesota (1/22) in the heptathlon for a seventh place finish

2010
Outdoor
• Took 12th in the decathlon at the IAAF World Junior Championships in Moncton, Canada (7/20-7/21) with 7,132 points
• Ran the fastest time in the 100 meters of the 26 decathletes competing with a PR of 10.84
• Also took third in the long jump at the IAAF championships with a leap of 23-11, tying his personal best
• Tied his PR in the 400 meters in Moncton in a time of 50.33
• Won the decathlon title at the USA Junior National Championships (6/24) with a PR point total of 7,300
• Qualified for the IAAF World Junior Championships July 19-25 in Moncton, Canada
• Became USF's second straight USA Junior Champion and second overall after Casey Wagner won the javelin title in 2009
• Led from start to finish throughout the 10 events over two days
• Finished within five seconds of silver medalist Kevin Lazas in the final event, the 1,500 meters, to hold on for the win
• Took first in the 110 hurdles (14.50) and 100 meters (10.85), and second in the discus (136-6) and long jump (23-1.75)
• Also took fourth in the high jump with a PR of 6-5, besting his previous PR of 6-3
• Went 22-11.25 in the long jump at the South Florida Invitational (5/14) and 37-0.5 in the shot put
• Placed seventh in the long jump at the BIG EAST Championships (5/1) with a PR of 23-11
• Competed in the 400 hurdles as well at the Championships
• Ran 54.23 in the 400 hurdles at the LSU Alumni Gold meet (4/17) and jumped 23-4.5 in the long jump, fourth all-time at USF
• Ran 56.82 in the 400 hurdles for the first time during the outdoor season at the Spike's Classic (4/3)
• Threw 41-9.25 in the shot put and 172-2 in the javelin at the FSU Relays (3/26) in his first outdoor meet of the year
• Javelin throw was one of the few times ever in that event, posting the 10th-best throw at USF

Indoor

• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the long jump, 60-meter hurdles and 60 meters
• Ran the 60 meters in the heptathlon at the BIG EAST Championships (2/20) but pulled out afterwards due to injury
• Ran a 6.86 at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23) in the 60 meters for a BIG EAST mark
• Won the 60 meters, the long jump (23-2) and the 60 hurdles (8.35) in the heptathlon at Minnesota
• Finished third overall in the heptathlon with a point total of 5,142 at Minnesota
• Finished second in the long jump with a leap of 23-4.5 at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15), a mere .25 inches from first place
• Finished fourth in the 60 hurdles at Akron in 8.29
• Also ran in the 4x400 relay and competed in the pole vault

Lake Brantley High School
• Captured the 2009 Florida 4A state title in the 300 hurdles (36.49) and the long jump (23-8.25)
• Also took third in the 110 hurdles at the state meet
• 300 hurdles mark was the third-best in the nation
• Placed first in all three events at the Region I meet
• Finished third in the 300 hurdles and sixth in the 110 hurdles as a junior
• Was a 300 hurdle state finalist as a sophomore
• Captured the Nike Indoor National Championship in the pentathlon with 3,805 points
• Point total ranks fourth on the all-time US list
• Also won the USATF Junior Olympic Championship in the decathlon as a senior
• Took third at the meet as a sophomore, setting the Florida 16 and under decathlon record
• Took third at the USA Junior National Championships in the decathlon in 2009
• Finished second at the AAU Junior Olympics in the decathlon
• Won the 110 and 400 hurdles at the 2009 Golden South Classic
• Named to USA Today's All-American Team
• Florida Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year
• Tabbed the Seminole County as well as the Central Florida Track Athlete of the Year
• Earned all-conference and All-Central Florida honors last three years

• Enjoys mixed martial arts, rock climbing, weightlifting, paintball, movies, the beach and hanging out with friends• Majoring in finance
