• Ran a personal-best 49.94 in the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA Championships on June 10, placing fourth overall in the event
• Placed 1st in the 400-meter hurdles at the BIG EAST Championships on May 8 with a time of 50.03
• Finished first at the NCAA East Preliminaries on May 27 in the 400-meter hurdles, running a time of 50.09
• Had wins in the 400-meter hurdles at the Sea Ray Relays and the Polytan Invitational

• Set a new 400 meter PR at Penn State's Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup (48.31), placing seventh in competition
• Ran a personal-best 1:03.93 in the 500 meter run at the BIG EAST Championships on Feb. 19
• At the Minnesota Invite (1/22), placed seventh after running a PR 1:20.28 in the 600 meter run

Outdoor
• Placed eighth at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (6/26), finishing with a time of 50.57
• Ran 50.79 in the first round (6/24), then posted a time of 50.34 in the semifinal (6/25) to earn the eighth and final spot in the final
• Earned All-America status after placing fifth in the final of the 400 hurdles at the NCAA Championships (6/12) in a time of 51.05
• Tied for the fourth-highest finish ever by a men's track and field athlete at nationals
• Fifth-place finish was only bettered by Jon Dennis (two-time NCAA champion in 5,000 in 1992 and '93) and Jimmy Baxter (third in high jump in 2004) and tied Jan-Erik Salo (fifth in 3,000 steeplechase in 2001)
• Became the fifth-different All-American on the men's side, the 14th overall for the track and field program
• Also earned the 24th different All-America honor for the track program
• Broke his own school record in the semifinal at nationals after placing eighth in 50.13, 0.07 seconds faster than ninth place
• Became USF's second-ever men's national qualifier in the 400 hurdles along with Olympian Kemel Thompson (1996)
• Ran 50.45 in the first round of the NCAA East Prelim (5/28) to place second, then 50.57 in the quarterfinal to take sixth overall
• Ran 51.56 in the 400 hurdles and 14.26 in the 110 hurdles at the South Florida Invitational (5/14)
• Captured the BIG EAST title in the 400 hurdles at the BIG EAST Championships (5/2) in 50.42
• Set the school record in the process, breaking former Olympian Kemel Thompson's mark of 50.50 set in 1996
• Gave USF its third-straight BIG EAST title in the 400 hurdles following two-time champion Glenn Fowler in 2008 and '09
• Earned All-BIG EAST honors for his effort
• Took fourth in the 110 hurdles in 14.20 at BIG EAST after running a PR of 14.15 in the semifinals the day before
• Also ran in the 4x400 relay the same day as both hurdles finals as the Bulls finished seventh in 3:14.12

• Began the outdoor campaign by running the second-fastest time ever at USF in the 400 in 47.72 at the USF Open (3/5)

• Qualified for the BIG EAST Championships in the 400 meters and 60-meter hurdles
• Took fifth at the BIG EAST Championships (2/21) in the 60 hurdles in 8.05, and 11th in the 400 in 49.14
• Took home the 60 hurdles title at the Sykes-Sabock Challenge (Feb. 5) with an 8.04
• Finished fifth in the 400 at Sykes-Sabock with a personal best of 48.72
• Also was a member of the 4x400 relay team that place first overall with a time of 3:16.40
• Won the hurdles title at the Minnesota Invitational (Jan. 23) with a time of 8.04
• Took fifth in the 400 at the Akron Quad (Jan. 15), running a time of 49.40
• Had the second-best time at Akron in the 60 hurdles in 8.04
• Also ran the first leg of the 4x400 relay that finished second in 3:17.59

• Competed in the 400m hurdles at the NCAA East Regional
• Took fifth at the BIG EAST Championships in the 400m hurdles in 52.15
