Cross Country

Recorded his season best 8k time at the American Athletic Conference Championship with a time of 24:21.67. He finished 13th overall in the meet and was the first men’s runner for the Bulls to earn All-Conference honors in 12 years.
Finished first among the Bulls in all seven meets, placing first overall in four.
Was named conference athlete of the week two times.
Finished with a 10k time of 31:28.23 in the NCAA South Regional. He earned All-Region honors with his 20th place finish.

Cross Country

Finished first for the Bulls in all seven meets, recording a personal-best 8k time of 25:24.37 at the Mountain Dew Invitational on Sept. 20
Recorded two top-five finishes, including first at the University of Tampa Early Bird with a 20:52:20 4 mile time on Sept. 12
Posted a top-25 finish at the American Athletic Conference Championship, crossing the 8k line at 26:09 on Oct. 31
Competed in the NCAA South Regional on Nov. 14, posting a personal record 10k time of 32:04.5

Had USF’s season best time of 8:35.40 in the 3000 meters at the Hoosier Hills Invitational (2/13)
Was a member of the team that placed 10^th in the distance medley relay at the American Indoor Championships (2/27)

Was third-team all-conference in the 3,000m steeplechase with a team-best time of 9:10.85.
