AS A REDSHIRT SENIOR (2018): Made a team-high 15 starts in his final season as a Bull … Earned All-American Athletic Conference second team honors for a second-straight season after being named preseason all-conference … Led the league with nine wins, holding a 3.98 ERA and 102 strikeouts scattered across 92.2 innings … Went seven or more innings five times … Pitched a pair of complete games, including a nine-inning outing at then-No. 7 ECU on April 14, allowing one run … Struck out a career-high 12 over seven scoreless innings against Central Michigan on March 10 … Named the American Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week on April 14.  

AS A REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2017): Appeared in and started 14 games in his first season with the Bulls…Finished with a 3-4 record and a team-low 2.42 ERA, second in The American…Logged 67.0 innings, striking out 62…Opponents hit just .222 against him...Put forth the two longest outings from a USF pitcher this season…Tossed 8.1 innings, allowing just three hits and one earned run with a career-high 10 strikeouts vs. ECU on May 7, while walking only one…Followed up the outing with a complete-game, two-hit shutout at UConn on May 13…He struck out eight and walked one in the win vs. the Huskies…Named to The American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll on May 8 and to the All-American Athletic Conference Second Team.

(2015):  Appeared in eight games…Went 1-2 with a 3.54 ERA, striking out 33 batters in 28.0 innings…Made collegiate debut tossing 3.1 innings against Seminole St. College of Florida (1/31)…Threw season-high 6.0 innings of two run (one earned) baseball in a 3-2 victory at College of Central Florida (2/7)…Earned first career-win with 4.0 innings and a career-high nine strikeouts in the 3-1 victory against Hillsborough Community College (2/22).

PERSONAL: Born Peter Joseph Strzelecki on Oct. 24, 1994 to in Queens, N.Y. …Parents are Kevin and Linda….Has two brothers, Joseph, and Kevin, and one sister, Dana...His brother Joseph pitched at Old Dominion and Nova Southeastern and was drafted by the Miami Marlins in the 34th round of the 2018 MLB Draft.
