Outdoors

• Ran the 5,000 meters in a personal best time of 19:03.64 at the 2018 UT Track Classic.

• Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase in a personal best time of 12:14.86.

• Completed the 3,000 meters with a personal record of 10:54.50.

2015-16

Outdoor

• Had a season-best time in the 3,000m steeplechase of 12:37.15 at the Seminole Invitational (4/15).
• Finished 21st in the 3,000m steeplechase at the American Outdoor Championships (5/14) with a time of 12:37.53.

Indoor

• Had a season best time of 10:54.50 in the 3000 meter run at the Villanova Invitational (2/6/16), finishing in 19th place.

Cross Country 

• Recorded a season best 6k time of 23:19.96 at the American Athletic Conference Championship.

• Ran a 6k time of 23:58.73 at the NCAA South Regionals, finishing 183rd.

PRIOR TO USF: Attended St. Thomas Aquinas... A four-time All-Broward County selection... Competed at the state cross country meet all four years… Ran a season-best times of 5:21.19 in the 1,600m run, 13.20.83 in the two-mile, 11:18.98 in the 3,200m run and 18:24.00 in the 5,000m run… Placed 12^th at the 2014 FSHSAA Cross Country Championship as a senior with a 5K time of 18:55.50… Placed fifth at the 2013 FSHSAA Cross Country Championship as a junior with a 5K time of 18:43.41… Qualified for state track as a sophomore and finished in 1th place in the 3,200m run in a time of 11:38.59.
