2012: Appeared in 19 games for the Bulls in his junior season, all of them coming in relief...Ended the season second on the team in saves with five...Sits behind teammate Nick Gonzalez in strikeouts coming from the relievers with 34 on the season...Picked up his first save of the season against Savannah State when the righty pitched two shutout innings to lift the Bulls to a 5-3 win...The junior's most impressive performance came during the 2012 Big East baseball championships when he picked up three saves in a four-game span...His last save of the season, in which he didn't give up a single hit in two full innings, sent the Bulls to their first ever Big East Championship final.
