2005 ?  Earned second team All-Conference USA honors ... Finished his sophomore campaign with an 8-6 record and a 3.97 ERA ... Appeared and started in 17 games ... Recorded a team-best 95 strikeouts and just 35 walks in 104 and one-third innings of action ... Held opposing batters to a .257 batting average ... Left-handed opponents hit .246 (34-of-138) versus the right-hander while right-handers hit .262 (70-of-267)  ...
