Jordan Schaffer serves as the Director of Player Development for the baseball program, bringing experience from his time as a graduate assistant at USF. In his first season on Head Coach Mitch Hannahs’ staff, Schaffer contributed to a successful year in which the Bulls achieved their best regular-season finish in the AAC since 2018, increased their win total by five games, and saw three players selected in the MLB Draft. He earned his bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Sport Management from Indiana State University and later completed a master’s degree in Physical Education at USF. Schaffer is originally from West Terre Haute, Indiana.
