Nick Alex is the director of analytics for South Florida, entering his third year with the program. 

Alex oversees the program’s analytics efforts, utilizing data and technology to support player development, scouting and game strategy. He works extensively with TrackMan data, film and statistical modeling to produce reports and insights for the coaching staff. 

He began his time at South Florida as a student manager before being promoted to director of analytics. 

In addition to his role with the Bulls, Alex has experience as a data operator with Major League Baseball, working Minor League games throughout the Tampa Bay area.
