2026: Thomas made an immediate impact as a freshman, appearing in 23 games with 21 starts primarily as the team's designated hitter. He batted .333 with 18 runs and 17 RBI in 72 at-bats, posting a .444 on-base percentage that ranked fourth on the roster. Thomas showed impressive situational hitting, batting .360 with runners in scoring position. He logged six multi-hit games and six multi-RBI games. Thomas ranked fifth in team slugging at .444.
