2026 (SOUTH FLORIDA): Sarabia worked exclusively out of the bullpen, going 1-0 with a 3.09 ERA in eight appearances across 11.2 innings. He struck out 10 batters, allowed just eight hits, and held opposing batters to a .200 average — second-best on the staff. Sarabia did not allow a single double or triple and posted a 5.00 strikeout-to-walk ratio.

2024 (MINERAL AREA CC): Appeared in 4 games with 2 starts, posting a 2–1 record over 16.2 innings…struck out 20 batters while holding opponents to a .232 average…finished with a 3.24 ERA and 1.56 WHIP…allowed just 6 earned runs and 1 home run on the season.
