Erin Lashley-Darveau was promoted to Assistant AD for Business Operations in October of 2021 after serving as Director of Business Operations at USF since January of 2019. Erin’s primary duties include day-to-day oversight of the athletic business office as well as assisting the CFO in yearly NCAA audits and EADA reports. Erin is also an active member of the Collegiate Athletic Business Managers Association (CABMA).Â
Prior to USF, Erin was at the University of Maryland from June of 2019 – December of 2018 serving as coordinator and assistant director of business operations. Her first stop out of college was at Florida Gulf Coast University where she was an intern and assistant business manager. Â
Erin is a former division 1 student athlete who played softball at Ohio University where the 2014 team won the MAC tournament and earned a NCAA birth for the first time since 1995. In the 2014 Kentucky regional, she scored the first NCAA tournament run in Ohio softball history. Â
A native of Pickerington, OH, Erin graduated from Ohio University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and business. Erin is married to Jeremy Darveau who played collegiate football at the University of Louisville and is currently the offensive line coach at Western Carolina University. Â
